RGEMS operates in sourcing, marketing, and selling natural, treated, and lab-grown gemstones. All descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, variations in color, clarity, and appearance may occur.

All content is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind. RGEMS reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify content, cancel orders, or restrict access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

RGEMS accepts return or refund requests only in cases of verified material discrepancy between the gemstone received and the original product description at the time of purchase.

Due to the unique nature of gemstones, returns will not be accepted for personal preference, natural variations, color differences, incorrect selection, setting, resale, or investment decisions.

All merchandise shipped by RGEMS is photographed and video recorded prior to dispatch for documentation and record-keeping purposes. These records may be used to verify the condition, characteristics, and contents of the shipment in the event of any claim regarding discrepancies between what was sent and what was received.

Any request must be submitted within the timeframe specified by RGEMS. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition. All return shipping costs, taxes, duties, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

RGEMS reserves the right to review and approve each request on a case-by-case basis.
